If you have received a product that is the wrong size, has been damaged from shipping, or is different from what was ordered, please contact us immediately for resolution.

We offer a 30 day return policy from the original order date. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items must be in new condition and returned with all original packaging, guarantees, and instructions. Customers are responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs (we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages being returned).

Returns are NOT accepted on mounted tires and wheels that have been disassembled independently (if they were purchased mounted, they must be returned mounted), items that have been put into service, or have been damaged due to neglect or abuse by the end user. ROC Wheels is not responsible for any return freight charges, loss of time, use, labor fees, or charges for other replacement parts. ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY ROC Wheels.
